WHAT DOCUMENTS AM I SIGNING?

An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) & Sourcing agreement. This ensures that the investor agrees to keep sensitive deal information, such as vendor details and pricing, confidential. It will also protect the investor as it ensures that if a deal doesn’t complete through no fault of the investor, they are entitled to a full refund of the sourcing fee.

MY DEAL DIDN'T GO TO PLAN?

At BuckleHole, if a deal does not go to plan through no fault of the investor, they are entitled to a full refund, terms and conditions apply. We take this commitment seriously to ensure fairness and trust. However, if an investor falsely claims their deal didn’t proceed as agreed, they will not be eligible for a refund, and further consequences may apply. This policy protects both our integrity and genuine investors.
