A sourcing fee is a one-time payment made to a property sourcing company, like BuckleHole, in exchange for finding and securing investment opportunities. This fee covers the effort, expertise, and resources spent identifying high-quality deals, conducting due diligence, and providing investors with valuable property options.

WHAT DOCUMENTS AM I SIGNING?

An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) ensures that the investor agrees to keep sensitive deal information, such as vendor details and pricing, confidential. This protects BuckleHole's exclusive deals and relationships. It will Also protect the investor as it Ensures that if a deal doesn’t complete through no fault of the investor, they are entitled to a full refund of the sourcing fee

On most occasions, BuckleHole representatives will not attend property viewings as BuckleHole members are in London. MY DEAL DIDN'T GO TO PLAN?

At BuckleHole, if a deal does not go to plan through no fault of the investor, they are entitled to a full refund—terms and conditions apply. We take this commitment seriously to ensure fairness and trust.

However, if an investor falsely claims their deal didn’t proceed as agreed, they will not be eligible for a refund, and further consequences may apply. This policy protects both our integrity and genuine investors.
