Property management

Property management

End-to-end property management, for landlords who want their property looked after properly, on a Company Let.

Company lets only

We only manage properties on a Company Let contract, and not on an AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) or an APT.

A company let means your tenant is a professional company rather than an individual. With a company let your tenant is one company, and you have one point of contact.

What you can expect

  • A single corporate tenant under a commercial contract.
  • One point of contact who knows your property.
  • We vet all occupants and follow strict house rules, and the property is cleaned and inspected regularly.
  • Maintenance and management handled for you.
  • Landlords receive proof of funds, references and detailed quarterly inspection reports.
  • Typical safeguards include standing order payments, clear late-payment clauses and break clauses for both sides.

Who will stay in your property

Typical occupants are contractors working locally, healthcare professionals, corporate guests and relocating professionals. You deal with the company as your tenant, not with the individual occupants.

Common questions

Why a company let rather than an AST or APT?

With a company let the agreement is a commercial contract between you and the company, with payment arrangements and break clauses set out in advance. That is a different footing from a standard AST or APT, and it is the only kind of property we manage. If you are a developer, estate agent or another property manager, see how a partnership with BuckleHole works.

Why not rent the property out myself, or use a normal letting agent?

You can, and many landlords do. Landlords and developers who work with us usually want a single corporate tenant, fewer day-to-day demands, regular cleaning and inspections as standard, and a more hands-off investment.
